Are you building a new home?
Building a new home can be a great challenge. Whether you want to build a state of the art "green" home with all of the latest technologies or just build a code compliant home, having a consultant to guide you through the myriad of steps and processes is something you should consider. The basic code changes effective Aug 1st, 2009 in California are numerous and will require that builders ratchet up their performance a notch. A code compliant house built after August 1st will be approximately 15% better than a home built July 31st.
